POLICY OVERVIEW

Our policy for refunds and returns extends for a period of 14 days. Should 14 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must remain unused and in the same condition as you initially received it. The original packaging must also be intact.

To facilitate a return, please furnish a receipt, photograph and valid proof of purchase.

Items that lack their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributed to our oversight

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email will be dispatched to you confirming the reception of your item. Subsequently, you will be informed about the approval or denial of your refund or replacement.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a designated period.

Delayed or absent refunds:

If a refund is not reflected in your account, we recommend checking your bank statement.

In such cases, it’s advisable to contact your credit card company as some time may be needed for the refund to be officially posted.

Refunds are exclusive to regularly priced items. Sale items are ineligible for refunds.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Bear in mind that you will be accountable for the shipping expenses incurred when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
